Elizabeth A. Bunde, PhD

Analytics & Performance Measurement Advisor

Elizabeth A. Bunde has over 12 years of experience in international public health research and program implementation, spanning projects focused on reproductive health, family planning, maternal and child health, and logistics. She has research and analytics experience in both quantitative and qualitative methods, including study design, implementation, and analysis, as well as project performance measurement.  Prior to joining inSupply, Dr. Bunde provided technical oversight in program design, implementation, strategic development, and quality improvement for projects in Latin America, Africa, and Asia.  Most recently, she served as the principal investigator on a maternal and newborn health study examining individual and community factors affecting first and second delays in seeking care for obstetric emergencies for JSI’s Health Improvement Project (HIP) in Timor-Leste. Also for HIP, she contributed to an effectiveness study for the non-pneumatic anti shock garment (NASG) in reducing deaths due to obstetric hemorrhage. Dr. Bunde has MPH and MIA degrees from Columbia University, and a PhD from Tulane University.
