Samuel Schmader is an international development and public health professional with four years of experience in program management, knowledge management, and research support. As the Program Manager on the inSupply project, Mr. Schmader manages ongoing country team operations, leads knowledge management and dissemination efforts, and supports technical assistance activities. Prior to joining inSupply, Mr. Schmader provided backstopping support to the Malawi and Tanzania field offices on the USAID | DELIVER PROJECT. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Franklin & Marshall College (Lancaster, PA) and is currently completing a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University (Fairfax, VA). Mr. Schmader is based in Arlington, VA.
